Itunes Disc Burner Software Not Found
Go into a DOS command prompt and type D: or whatever the CD drive is and you will get a 'drive not found' type message from DOS. It will NOT appear in My Computer either. But when you run itunes 8 or 9 and go to burn a playlist it will say D: is the disc burner but then fail because it can't find it. 'Disc burner or software not found' If you're talking about Sonic (Roxio) CD burning software that Dell installed, no, there's no way to download it from them. If you're still under warranty, you could ask Dell to send you the Sonic installation CD, but I can't promise that they will.
Jun 11, 2007 ive done that rebooted then reinstalled itunes and its gone back to the disc burner or software not found message lol do you think it would have anythink to do with having programs like daemon tools on my computer??
