I did a fresh install and ive spoken to every technician i possibly could to get this back on my PC (THX TruStudio PC) and they keep telling me about software warranty blah blah blah. I dont NEED them to do anything, i just want to know HOW i get this back on my PC so i can install it myself. Ive tried My Downloads but when i go there to register my product it doesnt do anything else.
So i cant download it. My XPS 8100 CAME with it but not the backup disk. I want this back as well as my dell dock. I want a link for this download. I shouldnt need a warranty for that when it came with my PC. Any help PLOX!

I have a similar problem with a new XPS 8300 - the machine has been fully rebuilt with Windows 7 64 Bit, and I have successfully loaded all drivers and associated software from My Account/Factory Software. The only issue I have remaining is when I go to re-install the THX software and this throws up the message 'Unable to activate this product as there are no supported hardware detected. (Error 9, 1129911)'. The THX software does not install. The system has a Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio card installed, with all its associated software - which is working correctly. THX was originally installed on the system.

I was looking all over for this installer and it seems nowhere to be found but here. I got a used XPS desktop system and it had been recovered to factory status so THX TruStudio PC was installed, but I couldn't find the installer to back up along with the other drivers - even though there's a sticker on the front of the case advertising it. This is a really important driver/programif you watch movies and don't want the sound alternately blowing out your ears and then going to quiet you can't hear what anyone's saying.
