We saw this over and over when studying mobile technology usage with people with autism and other disabilities during the AgileAssyst project. I, personally, am an avid Apple fan I don’t think I’ll ever use anything else personally, but for people with disabilities, Apple causes problems that they do not need to create. If anyone knows Steve Jobs, please let him know that it would sure be great to have a “simplified’ interface for people with cognitive impairments.

Android allows for this. It will be interesting to see where things end up ten years from now.
